• Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer cash on delivery (COD) for all orders. No advance payment is required.
• Shipping Charges: There are absolutely no shipping charges for any order.

• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call or message. Please ensure that your contact details are correct.
• Orders may be canceled if incorrect information is provided or in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product unavailability).

4. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns: We accept returns for damaged or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team.
• Refunds: Refunds will only be processed for eligible returns. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be provided in cash upon successful return of the product.
• No Advance Payment Refunds: Since we do not accept advance payments, no refunds are applicable for payments made through any other channels.

• We do not accept advance payments. All orders are processed through Cash on Delivery (COD) to ensure your convenience and satisfaction.
• Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as courier staff may not have change.
